What must I observe when I complete the Schengen-Visa application form in the internet?

Please:
Step 1. go to the website:  https://service.diplo.de/visaextern/
Step 2. click “Sprachauswahl”
Step 3. choose English, then click “ok”
Step 4. read, then click “continue”
Step 5. read, then click “continue”
Step 6. double click “New application”
* you may only proceed if all the required data are furnished, the system will automatically inform you if you fail to fill in one of the fields (red letters above the application with corresponding incomplete field)
Step 7. clickthe button named “save and print” on the upper right part of the application form.
Step 8. click “application.pdf”
Step 9. print application, printing options will appear on your printers under “features”, then click “advanced features” (bottom left portion)
Step 10. click “print as image”, a similar command mayappear in other printers like “print as picture”.
    (*clicking on this command will make sure that the barcode can be read by the visa system)
