Our visiting hours
Our general visiting hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 9.30 hours.
Please note that an appointment is necessary for passport applications and civil status matters.
Our office hours are:
Monday to Thursday from 7:30 to 15:30 hours
Fridays from 7:30 to 13:30 hours.

Please note that information on visa matters cannot and will not be given by the Embassy's emergency duty officer.
Visa section - opening hours, contact numbers
Visa applications can be accepted in the Visa Section only after an appointment has been made for this purpose and only at the following times:
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 14:30 pm
Friday from 8:00 am to 11:30 am.
Visitors hours to e.g. collect a submitted passport or to submit additional documents are
Monday to Thursday from 11.00 am to 12.00 nn
Friday from 10.00am to 11.00 am.

For inquiries about visa matters you can call the Visa Section from Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 11.00 am, as well as from
Monday to Thursday from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm. Kindly note that the Embassy cannot give information regarding the progress of a visa application on the telephone, as the identity of the caller cannot be confirmed by the visa section. If you have specific questions about a pending application you might send us a mail and ask us for an appointment when the competent officer might call you and discuss your concerns over the phone.
