Our visiting hours

Our general visiting hours are Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 11.30 hours. Please note that an appointment is necessary for passport applications and civil status matters.

Our office hours are:

Monday to Thursday from 7:30 to 15:30 hours
Fridays from 7:30 to 13:30 hours.

(All times are Philippine local time.)

You can reach us via phone during these office hours. After these hours a consular officer of the Embassy can be reached by telephone - for emergencies only! The telephone number is 0063 917 867 3000. Please note that information on visa matters cannot and will not be given by the Embassy's emergency duty officer.
