German Renewable Energy Federation (BEE)
German Renewable Energy Federation (BEE) is the umbrella organization of the associations for renewable energies in Germany.The BEE was founded in 1991 as the umbrella organization of the associations of renewable energies. 26 federations from the water power, wind energy, biomass, solar energy and geothermal energy areas are at present members of the association with a total of over 20,000 individual members and companies.

The Deutsche Energie-Agentur GmbH (dena) – the German Energy Agency – is the competence centre for energy efficiency and renewable energies. It initiates, coordinates and implements innovative projects and campaigns at a national and international level.
