Philippine-German Month Concerts at Paco Park, Manila

"Paco Park Presents" began as a cooperative venture between the German Embassy and the National Parks and Development Committee. Conceived by Dr. Christoph Jessen, then Press and Cultural Attache of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany and with the help of the late Ka Doroy Valencia, then NPDC Vice Chairman, the Friday musical evenings became a reality on February 29, 1980.
Paco Park, one of Manila's most beautiful and beloved parks, provides a romantic setting for intimate musical soirees every Friday at 6:00 P.M.
The month of February has traditionally been the Philippine-German Month at Paco Park. The one hour concerts present outstanding Philippine and German artists performing classical music of great composers of both countries.
Admission is free! Paco Park is located at San Marcelino St., Paco, Manila.
