Reporting on Regional Integration in Southeast Asia: History, Institutions and Polices of ASEAN
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH was established on 1 January 2011 bringing together the long-standing expertise of the Deutscher Entwicklungsdienst (DED) gGmbH (German development service), the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH (German technical cooperation) and InWEnt - Capacity Building International, Germany.
The International Institute for Journalism (IIJ), now under the GIZ is pleased to announce a two-week training course "Reporting on Regional Integration in Southeast Asia: History, Institutions and Polices of ASEAN" for journalists in the print and online media from member countries of the ASEAN and Timor Leste. The course will be held from April 25 to May 8, 2010 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Following the training course the group will attend the 18th ASEAN Summit in Jakarta.
