German Federal Criminal Police representatives visit Philippines
A delegation of the German Federal Criminal Police (Bundeskriminalamt or BKA) visited the Philippines for several high level talks this week. The delegation was lead by the President of the BKA Mr. Jörg Ziercke.
A representative from the German Police Liaison Office at the German Embassy in Bangkok was also part of the group.
The visitors met with Director General Bartolome of the Philippine National Police and Associate Commissioner Mison from the Bureau of Immigration to explore the possibilities of enhancing the bilateral cooperation between Germany and the Philippines in police work.
This visit marked the first visit made by the Federal Criminal Police to the Philippines.
